Select ‘Collections‘ or ‘What’s New‘ from our Main Navigation and click on your favourite category from the drop down menu to view all our current products. Once you selected your category, a category page will open with all the garments in this section. Click on the product you would like to buy or view in more detail. A product page will open, with detailed info and pictures of the item. If you would like to buy the item please follow the following steps.

Always select your size first

  1. Click on the Size Drop Down menu and choose your size
  2. If you do not see a Size Drop Down it means the garment is ‘One size fits most
  3. Next: Choose your color
  4. If the colour & size is in stock a large pink ‘Add to cart‘ button will appear
  5. Proceed to buying by clicking on the button
  6. Now you should see at the top of your page a ‘View my cart’ button and also a number in the bag

View Cart / My Bag

All your ordered products will be listed here with details regarding price, colour and size. You can alter the quantities here, apply your coupon number or remove items from your basket before proceeding to checkout.

Proceed to Checkout

Click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button or ‘Login button located on your menu bar.

  • First time virtual shopper: Follow the easy steps to create a new account
  • Existing virtual shopper: Type in your login password to access your account

Fill in the Billing Address Form and be sure to click on the ‘Collect from store‘ if you would like to collect your order in person.

Proceed by clicking on the pink ‘Place Order’ button.

You have the option to pay with your credit card or via an EFT. Select your preferred method of payment and proceed to the next window.

Habits accepts VISA, MasterCard, Diners and AMEX cards issued by a recognized South African Banking Institution, when it comes to paying with credit card. Your card information is safe and secure, and is encoded in our system by using 128-bit SSL technology. Therefore, rest assured that your card details will by no means be available or accessible to third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account.

When choosing to pay with credit card, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to enter your credit card details.

If you select EFT, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway and asked to select your bank. The details for the EFT payment will then be displayed, along with instructions regarding references etc.

All bank deposit EFT’s require proof of payment to be sent to before your order will be processed. If payment does not reflect for an EFT transaction we may request proof of payment to be sent before your order is processed.

  • We take great care in keeping the online garments and sizing up to date but apologise should there be any errors.
  • If you want a certain garment option but cannot find it, be sure to let us know.  We will try to assist you in every way possible.
  • This is a secure online shopping site.
  • Guaranteed return/exchange policy within 7 days of receipt. Try it on at home and return for free!
  • 3 – 5 days (where stock is available) delivery anywhere in South Africa. International delivery only by prior arrangement. We charge a standard fee of R120 for delivery throughout South Africa.
  • We regret there are no returns or refunds on sale items.

What should I do when the item I want is out of stock?

We take every care to make sure all our best sellers are routinely stocked however, all our garments and items are available while stocks last. Should you be in desperate need for a specific item, feel free to contact our sales consultants and we can try and source it for you or suggest an alternative.

When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?

Our website is constantly updated with the arrival of new stock. We update our product range as new fashion lines and brands are released. Keep a close eye on What’s New.

How long does it take for delivery?

3 – 5 days (where stock is available) delivery anywhere in South Africa. International delivery only by prior arrangement. We charge a standard fee of R120 for delivery throughout South Africa.

My items have not arrived yet. What must I do?

Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to arrive. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any of our sales consultants.
