Habits is a business in the fashion industry that markets women’s clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories. Delivery policy subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 working days and delivery thereafter within 2 -3 days. We offer delivery with our selected courier within South Africa, either door to door or door to courier, for a flat rate of R 120.00, depending on where you are located.

International shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.

Duties and any customs charges for the relevant country are to be paid by the customer.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Habits is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Habits will refund the client in full within 30days. Goods MUST be returned within 7days, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase. You may return it to us, for an exchange or refund but the goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Please do not remove tags should you wish to return any items. Please return to;

Goods must be returned within 7 days, using a door to door or counter to counter service with tracking numbers. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). Please retain your waybill (postage receipt) as proof of return. Without this, we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.All sale items are sold ‘voetstoets’ (denoting a sale in which the vendor is freed from all responsibility for the condition of the goods being sold).

We do not accept return’s on Sale items.

Customer privacy policy

Habits shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Habits bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Habits via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.PayGate (Pty) Ltd uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
